I don't think this really need a mature filter
After a bit more fighting with PS I think I succeeded saving out a file with somewhat right colours...
Anyway, it supposed to be a young Sephiroth as a soldier, wearing a uniform to big for him (Shinra probably didn’t have clothes for kids)
Used Kiwa’s tutorial for the awesome “fake-anime-look”

Great idea. I think that Sephiroth as a young SOLDIER looks very good. Even in a too big uniform
